The three men behind the Renaissance Laser & Vein Institute
are uniquely qualified in vascular, plastic, and reconstructive
surgery, and each contributes the highest levels of
education and decades of experience to the practice.

Dr. Gholam Mohammad-Zadeh MD, F.A.C.S.

Dr. Mohammad-Zadeh is a leading cardiac and vascular surgeon who has been in practice in Thousand Oaks for over ten years. In that time, he has introduced many cutting edge procedures and operations to the community, including minimally invasive surgeries. He is board certified in both general and cardiovascular surgery. More recently Dr. Mohammadzadeh has become one of the few physicians nationwide to become certified by the American Board of Phlebology. Thus his expertise in varicose vein disease has met the approval of the medical board that is dedicated to disorders of veins. Dr. Mohammadzadeh has performed several hundred endovenous laser treatments for varicose veins with unparalleled success.
