Dr. Kouros Azar, MD

Dr. Azar is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a leader in the field of Plastic Surgery, contributing to the development of new technologies and surgical techniques in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He has been designated an ambassador of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and serves as a role model for the safe and ethical practice of plastic surgery in the community.

Dr. Gholam Mohammad-Zadeh MD, F.A.C.S.

Dr. Mohammad-Zadeh is a leading cardiac and vascular surgeon who has been in practice in Thousand Oaks for over ten years. In that time, he has introduced many cutting edge procedures and operations to the community, including minimally invasive surgeries. He is board certified in both general and cardiovascular surgery. More recently Dr. Mohammadzadeh has become one of the few physicians nationwide to become certified by the American Board of Phlebology. Thus his expertise in varicose vein disease has met the approval of the medical board that is dedicated to disorders of veins. Dr. Mohammadzadeh has performed several hundred endovenous laser treatments for varicose veins with unparalleled success.

Mohammad A. Gharavi, MD, F.A.C.S.

The senior member of the team, Dr. Gharavi is among the most well-known and well-respected cardiovascular surgeons in Southern California. Board certified in both general and cardiovascular surgery, Dr. Gharavi is the Chief of Cardiovascular Surgery at Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks and the Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center in Tarzana.
